(FJGH) is a knowledge based holding company duly established in the Philippines as a subsidiary of PT Fire Jade Global, a family office duly established in Jakarta, Indonesia. FJGH was formally registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 12, 2021 in the Republic of the Philippines to establish humanitarian projects for the country. GeoHydro Power Corp. (GHPC) was established in the Philippines on October 23, 2015. Other global subsidiaries of the family office are Fire Jade Global, LLC. was formally registered on January 14, 2010 in New Mexico, USA and registered offshore as Greenfield Resources, Inc. the following
year on January 5, 2011 in Panama.
