Jose Ronald "Ron" D. Macutay Jr., MSPM - Chairman of the Board & CEO 

 

       The Company’s Board of Directors is headed by its Founder, Chairman of the Board and sole Trustee of a well-endowed Family Office in the Republic of Indonesia, PT Fire Jade Global. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Management at the Dominican College in the Philippines, Mr. Macutay pursued his Master’s degree in Project Management at the Boston University in Massachusetts.  Harnessing his expertise in leveraged project funding and by putting together its most effective management structures, he has funded numerous projects and other global ventures that are meant to create a lasting and sustainable impact on society. With FJGH’s mandate of establishing humanitarian project worldwide, a future where everyone shall be empowered and self-sustainability is within reach.

Gregorio "Greg" S. Gonzales Jr. - President & COO

​

        Mr. Gonzales is a Mechanical and Electrical  Engineer by profession.  From 1976 to 1982,  He worked as a University Professor   and a Mechanical Engineering Reviewer.  In 1982 to 1993,  he was with National Power Corporation in various Power Plant   Projects until he become a Power Plant Manager for Gas Turbine floating Power Plant in Navotas Metro Manila. Then later   promoted to become Head of Power Barges Maintenance Team of Integrated Barge Management Department,  Philippines. In1993 to 2021 he worked with Alsons Group of Companies for various Power Plant Development and Construction Projects such as Diesel Power Plants, Thermal Power Plants and Hydro Power Plants.  Then become the Vice President for Business Development of Alsons Energy Development Corporation.  After submitting his retirement with Alsons, Greg took post as the President and COO of Fire Jade Global Holdings Corporation to take on more exciting endeavors on improving the lives of local communities through Renewable Energy Development  and  other high value projects.

Epifanio "Jay" F. Llamas II. - CFO & Director of Aviation Business Development

 

      Mr. Llamas is not only a licensed commercial pilot with over 6,000 flight hours under his belt, he is also an astute entrepreneur specializing in Business Development, Financial Management, Hotel Operations, and Training and Development. His vast experience spans from aviation aircraft maintenance, flying operations on both passenger and cargo flights, and business management on both aviation and non-aviation businesses. After earning his bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management at the University of the Philippines at Los Baños, he moved back to the United States to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a pilot. To finance his flight training, he ventured into property management for the hospitality industry, working in various accounting and management posts. At the California Air National Guard (USAF), he worked as a crew chief for the KC-135R and completed his Aircraft Maintenance Course training at The Community College of the Airforce. He now holds both an FAA Commercial Pilot’s License and a Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Airline Transport Pilot’s License. In 2017, Jay helped establish an airline in Cambodia where his team helped achieve its Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) approval by the country’s local Aviation Authority. With the entry of Fire Jade Global into the Philippine market, he hopes to further contribute to the country’s bullish economic growth through the creation of more employment.

Lee G. Roberto - Director of Communications 

​

      Ms. Roberto has over 20 years’ experience in training and development, strategic planning, policy integration and implementation, customer service branding, operations management, and image consultancy. She graduated from the University of the Philippines in Los Baños with a degree in Agricultural Economics major in Finance and Cooperatives. She then pursued further studies at the SABFA in Tokyo, Japan and John Robert Powers to complement operational excellence with branded service. She has trained and consulted for local and overseas companies in banking, aviation, non-food consumer goods, retail, real estate, entertainment, hospitality, business processing outsourced, construction and healthcare industries. She joins Fire Jade Global Holdings as Chief of Staff and Director for Communications.

 

Maria Darlene "Dar" Angelica C. Romo - Executive Director GHPC

         Ms. Romo is a graduate of Applied and Agricultural Economics with a Major in Finance and Cooperatives at the University of the Philippines, Los Baños. As an economics graduate, she also has core knowledge in research and analysis, production, marketing, management, and policy development. During her last year in college, she qualified as a student ambassador of the College of Arts and Sciences’ Language Instruction Towards Excellence (LITE) Program in their Intensive English Course, an English proficiency training for International Students. She remained in Los Baños and served as a research assistant of a research and teaching fellow at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, Munich, Germany. In 2017, she joined GeoHydro Power Corporation, a start-up envisioned to develop green energy, provide reliable and affordable electricity, and improve power quality especially in rural areas. She is well versed in documentation, organization, project development, and synergy with stakeholders in order to realize projects greatly contributing to economic development.

Claudie M. Mendoza - Director & Chief Legal Counsel

​

      Atty. Claudie M. Mendoza received his Bachelor of Laws Degree from the Arellano University School of Law and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2009. He finished his Bachelor of Science degree Major in Psychology from the Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Manila. Atty. Mendoza is involved in the Environmental Law practice of the firm focusing on DENR-EMB Regional Offices. He also handles numerous criminal, civil and administrative cases. He has an extensive practice in the prosecution of cyber frauds as well as internal and external frauds committed against telecommunication and other companies. His practice area also involves maritime and labor laws. He is an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE). He is also a law professor at the Arellano University School of Law and also serves as a Partner at Pulido and Tiamson Law Offices. He teaches Natural Resources and Environmental Law, Administrative Law, Law on Public Officers and Election Laws and Land Titles and Deeds. He joined the company as one of the Board of Directors and currently serves as Fire Jade Global Holdings' Chief Legal Counsel.

Mike Ronald D. Evidente, MD - Chief Medical Director

​

         Dr. Evidente is a graduate of the University of the Philippines Diliman with a degree in Biology. He then earned his doctor of medicine from the University of the East, and had his post-graduate internship at the Philippine General Hospital. He practiced medicine in the public sector with the Philippine National Police as a medico-legal for over a decade. During his tenure, he was regional medico-legal officer for MIMAROPA, until he became chief medico-legal officer in the region. Concurrently, he also served as industrial physician for several multi-national companies for manufacturing, distribution, and power generation industries to name a few. As Fire Jade’s Chief Medical Director, Mike’s vision is provision of top quality healthcare that is accessible to every Filipino.

Sultan Ahmad Sadeq Sajan - Director of Business Development for Middle East and Africa

      Mr. Sajan has over 27 years’ experience in general construction, public relations, international business, trading, banking instruments, and  mergers & acquisition in the Middle East and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Sultan brings his expertise as Fire Jade Global’s Director of Business Development in U.A.E.

Paul D. Lisenby - Director and VP of Oil & Gas Division

​

       Mr. Lisenby is an experienced businessman who has spent the last 27 years in the financial and oil and gas industries. Paul has been involved in several publicly traded companies as CEO and other “C” Level management and has raised significant capital to grow these businesses. His expertise and financial acumen in trading platforms and precious metals has allowed him to garner incredible contacts globally to ensure success. In addition, Mr. Lisenby has worked in the oil and gas business to include jet fuel, BLCO, and all relevant petroleum products that are used in commerce today. Paul served his country as a Green Beret in the U.S. Army. Mr. Lisenby has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and an MBA.

Abdullah Mamacotao, PhD - Director for Mindanao Affairs

​

       Dr. Abdullah Mamacotao graduated AB Journalism at the University of the Philippines and studied MA economics and DBA in the same university. He finished his MBM at the Asian Institute of Management, MNSA at the National Defense College of the Philippines and Management and Political Economy from the IAME in Makati. His field of expertise is in business development and managerial control, general management, economics and operations reviews. He currently teaches advanced macroeconomics and microeconomics at PhD level and financial Management, managerial accounting and managerial economics at MBA level. He was former vice president for administration at the University of Makati and assistant director general at the Philippine Information Agency.

Mario Galeano –Director and Senior Advisor

       Mr. Galeano is a Director and Senior Advisor for the American Continent on behalf of Fire Jade Global Holdings.

He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley, College of Environmental Design with a Bachelor and a Master degree in Architecture. He has excellent interpersonal, communication, management, contract negotiation and contract resolution skills, with more than forty-five (45) years of experience in managing the development, design, bidding and the construction of educational, medical, parking, commercial and housing projects. His approach to effectively manage projects requires a holistic understanding of the project’s critical path, from pre-development to closeout, thereby controlling costs and the project’s budget.

Oswaldo Lopez - Director and Senior Advisor

        Mr. Lopez is a Director and Senior Advisor for the American Continent on behalf of Fire Jade Global Holdings. An accomplished development professional of 45-years. His extensive knowledge and reputation spans financing, asset management, operational planning, construction management and architecture. He has directed numerous world class projects both internationally and domestically. Experience includes high rise office buildings, multi-family residences, affordable housing, first class

hotel resorts and residences and casinos. Mr. Lopez holds both a Bachelor and Master Degree in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley as well as Program Certificates from Cornell University in Financial Management, Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management.
